Have Yourself a very Papaya Christmas

A point-and-shoot kind of Thanksgiving

Jessi types:  I know, I’m a little late in posting this! (Busy season, what can I say!) Over Thanksgiving I went to my sister’s house. It’s always a blast being with my family. It’s really a hilarious time. I’m grateful for them. I took only a few photos using my handy dandy point-and-shoot camera to allow myself a break from shooting this year, and it was good… and gave me more time to relax with everyone and relish in the deliciousness!

This year all the food was homemade–the rolls, stuffing, casseroles, mashed potatos, and my personal favorite: my sisters’ PIES… pumpkin, apple, and banana cream. Check out that pie crust below–DIVINE!!! I had to taste all three flavors, of course, and afterward I could barely move. But it was worth it.

I made a festive green bean casserole and some sesame seed asparagus spears (YUM). I felt kinda fancy when I put the spears on this plate.

A few of my brother’s sisters-in-law came to eat with us. Such cute gals, it was fun playing games with everyone afterwards!

I hope your Thanksgiving was as awesome as mine. Happy Belated Thanksgiving!

Haven’t been able to post to the blog ’til now! 1st of all, CONGRATULATIONS to Cristi & Jeff on new baby Rex (congrats post coming as soon as I get more pics of Rex), and working on a bunch of photo shoots soon to be posted. It’s been a busy and fun fall season! Thanks for viewing, more to come.
