This project has been one of the best things I have ever done. I really mean that. Jessi and I both have enjoyed this so much. I feel as though you have opened yourselves up and shared tender, even sacred parts of yourselves with us. And it couldn’t be for a better reason – TO HELP WOMEN!! To help women recognize the TRUE beauty within us. We really ARE each BEAUTIFUL! I’ve had tears, chills, more tears and lots of time to ponder as I have put this project together. Choosing the top 15 was not something we took lightly. Jessi and I both POURED over the submissions. I have felt so much love for ALL of you throughout this entire process.
Sigh.
I’m getting sappy, I know. But this has meant the world to me. I hope a few other women have also been inspired along the way!
Now, it’s up to you, our readers. Following are the 15 finalists. Please read the responses and let us know who you would like to see win a photo shoot with hiyapapaya by voting in the poll at the end of the post.

You GUYS!!! Our beYOUtiful campaign has been SUCH a success that we are almost speechless. (Almost. To render me, Cristi, entirely speechless would be quite an amazing feat. I’m just saying…)
We were absolutely OVERWHELMED with amazing submissions. So much, so, in fact, that we could NOT (for the life of us!) narrow it down to just a top 10. So, we are doing a top 15 instead!
We’re now just waiting for the top 15 to send us their entry pictures of their hands, holding a piece of paper, stating why they are beYOUtiful. We’ll then post those 15 entries right here on our blog and allow you, the public, to vote on which answer you think should win a free photo shoot with hiyapapaya. This will be based entirely upon what is said. NOT on what someone looks like.
We should have the top 15 post up in the next couple of days, so stay tuned.
And THANK YOU to all who participated in this project. Sincerely and truly. We could FEEL your emotion and love as you sent us your entries. Which is why we felt so bad that we could only choose 15. We would have LOVED to pick each and every one of you. Really. But we have loved this so much that we’ll most likely make it a yearly tradition, so don’t give up yet! Please know that we LOVE you, that YOU are beautiful and keep FEELING beautiful and spreading that TRUE beauty to everyone around you!
