My talented friend Becky from Sweet On You Cakeshop made me a Vespa cake! So I decided to throw myself a party to give the cake the exposure it deserved. I kept it a secret and had “the unveiling of the special surprise” at a certain time, and once everyone saw it their reactions were all the same: GASP!! Check out the details of the vespa–she did an amazing job on it. And she made it stand UP! I totally wasn’t expecting that. Oh, and the coconut lime flavor was DELISH.
